I have an 06 Sx230 HO. I noticed a part of the steering cable broken and I can't seem to find the right part to fix. Looking at pics of steering cables, it doesn't look like the part I need is part of the cables. It is the sleeve the cable runs through. Any help appreciated

It's part of the cable. Just order and install a new cable.

And it just so happens I have a replacement cable sitting right here: D2429B2C-2725-4C36-853D-912DC1509300.jpeg

The throttle ones are cheap from SeaStar, but these appear to be around $150 each..Can I ask where you bought them? Looks shiny!!

Believe it or not Amazon! I’ll dig up a direct link later.

Thanks! Let us know how it improves your steering. Mine is a little sloppy but works... I'm interested in how beneficial the change is.

I have a small 3D printer and I printed some bushings for the steering nozzle that came out pretty nice. Will try out in the spring. I'll check behind the steering wheel too.

the 06 has 2 different part [HASH=93]#s[/HASH] for port and starboard . Are the lengths 18' and 19'?

I have an 07 sx230. Replaced all my cables. All same size. When I ordered replacements - it was same cable for either side.
