Looks like you did a great job.
I smoked my first turkey a few years ago for my family for thanksgiving (I have to do three turkeys total) and they have forced me to smoke all three every year since.
I think it's easier...stuff it with apple and orange slices and that keeps the inside moist while giving it some flavor.

I am the youngest of six...so we rotate holidays, mine is thanksgiving.
My sister has seven, yes, SEVEN kids. I probably have between 35-40 people at my house for thanksgiving.
I got a few of these last year for my turkeys and they worked great.
