Got this blue spot on vinyl and get it off. Used Marine 303 and not having any luck with other cleaners/protectant. Thanks

I hate those type of stains/spots but I've learned that they will fade in the sun and be gone before you know it. If you want to try a good cleaner try this one that @haknslash recommends:

I keep some magic eraser on the boat. Seems to remove a lot.

Sometimes what you’re using to scrub with is more important then the actual cleaner. A scrub brush with flexible somewhat stiff bristles will get a lot more of the stain out then a cloth.

Tried that too. Stubborn little spot.
Wow! Okay, then as @FLBulldogger stated you may have to let the sun takeover. Try not to dwell on it. In the end it won't really matter (famous last words, I know...).

I had Indelible Sharpie Marker, Blue and I just cleaned the best I could and let the sun Take over. That was about 2 weeks ago. As of this last weekend, being out in the sun, it is gone.

@Yeary4 We just had something similar happen last weekend with our brand new boat. No issues for a month then the wife's newer black cotton bikini cover bled from the sweat and stained the seat. It had been washed a couple times too...go figure. We used some 99.9% isopropyl alcohol and a white tower to get most of it out. I'm hoping the sun will fade the rest for us like it did for @HangOutdoors. Fingers crossed for both your boat and mine!
?

It will fade, I can feel it.

I have a spot (yellow) on one of my seats that I got the first summer. It's still there, I just ignore it.

from my experience no cleaner would remove that, at least not one that doesn't harm the seats.

Be careful using abrasives on the vinyl
