2007 SX230 Excessive Water in Bilge

Thanks, ordered a trickle charger.
And, the pump comes on when there is water...if I am at the boat while parked it discharges water maybe once in an hour. A mechanic looked it over when backed into the water and says there is a leak where the shaft goes into the fiberglass bellos. Been gooped up with silicone but still leaks. He says it will be ok for the season...then a few hours to pull the shaft and have a fiberglass person do something but not sure what.

Left side leaks, with silicone. Right side is good.
