Seat Covers ?

Does anyone know of a company that makes premanufactured seat covers for our beloved ARs? Im looking for options other then dropping off the boat to be reupholstered.

I have a 2008 230sx I trolled the internet for a week. No luck so we used a it is awesome. Cheaper than $2500-3000 for new vinyl. If it gives use 2-3 years, well that's great.

That will would work in some spots however Im looking for new covers. Some of the seems are splitting and ripping.

Not gonna lie, had I seen that before I did mine, I would've probably gone that route. I've got that much in tools and material. Well worth it, in my opinion.

One of the best brands of marine upholstery is Sunbrella. Sunbrella fabrics are known to be extremely durable, chewy and have a high overall quality. There are also some other really good brands including Plastex and Vvivid.

Awesome find. I may end up doing this, it's like half of what I was quoted and the. The guy never did anything with it.

Hey guys !

Finally found my way over here. The Etsy listing posted above is actually mine. If you have any questions in regards to how it works and etc, please do not hesitate to reach out directly. Every once in a while, you may not see "inventory available" on the etsy site. That's typically because have current orders processing and I try not to make more purchases available until we have the bandwidth to accept more orders. My theory is to keep quality the priority over quantity.

As for fitment and etc, we leave an extra 1"-1.5" around the perimeter for a little extra "play" when installing. It definitely takes a little patience when installing but, we can customize to your liking while keeping it affordable. Attached is a boat we did about a week ago with a vintage-style mocha color. Diamond stitching throughout. The color is slightly darker in person.

As for material goes, we use Seaquest which has good UV durability. Sunbrella of course is a great brand and their quality is well known. There's just an increase in price when going with Sunbrella so most individuals shy away. We have access to order brands if requested.

We are located in southern NJ. If anyone is nearby and wants to get their upholstery skins installed at the same time, we do have discounted pricing for that as well. Please don't be shy to reach out with any questions!

I can tell you that spray vinyl might get you through the season. Also getting the skins, removing the old, installing the new, especially on the curves of the older 230s is a lot of work. Just go ahead and find a local place to do it all and bite the bullet.

Currently we don't have the templates for a 2008 232 limited. My first boat of a 232 limited S so I know they are slightly different in the front bow area and the seats near the engine hatch. Where are you located ?

About a 5 to 6 hour drive at minimum which is a lot of driving. My thought was if your looking to get the upholstery done, I could get you a great price on an installed set of skins if you brought the boat down. In return, we can get templates made up for a 232 model. Not everyone is comfortable trailering 5 to 6 hours and with gas consumptions for trailering, not sure if it's worth it for you. Please PM me if you want to look further into it.
