First time wake surfing with first time boat driver, took a couple of tries to get in tune. Day 1, 6 adults full tank of gas and miscellaneous accessories. Day 2, 4 adults 19' wake surf package. Water conditions roughly the same, a more than refreshing 76 degrees and relatively smooth but not glassy. Wakesurf package definitely made a difference in the cleanliness and shape of the wave. My son 35 managed to go rope less a couple of times briefly. Will begin playing/adding ballast as wave needs to be longer and taller IMHO, Thanks to @J-RAD for hooking me up with a nice board.

Congrats. You’ve given me inspiration. I’ve tried a couple of times and wasn’t able to get up!

Day 1 my body position was off as I was flat on my back, still managed to get up. Day 2 I am sort of sitting in the water. the change is bringing you elbows to youG knees. getting up is relatively easy once you and the boat driver figure things out. I have wake boarded behind a PWC, much harder to get up.

Looking good! Like you mentioned, some additional ballast will help. Both your wave and skill will improve each time. Looking forward to seeing the progress.
