Hello.
I’m facing a significant challenge in finding a specific part required for a 2019 Yamaha 210 FSH sport. I purchased this boat with only 10 hours of use, and during my first water outing, which lasted only 10 minutes, the starboard engine suddenly failed. According to the marina, debris was found in the intake, causing damage. They couldn’t determine whether the debris was present before the inspection or was sucked in while I was on the water. Regardless, I’m perplexed by the lack of availability of this part for Yamaha boats. It’s completely out of stock online at popular parts retailers like Partzilla, PartsVu, and ebay. .Even Yamaha’s original equipment manufacturer (OEM) doesn’t seem to have any stock of this part. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions to this issue? The part in question is a transom plate, specifically the 6FU-G5831-10-00 model.
Yamaha marine support suggested not a single part in stock on the USA.
Dealers confirmed - non in stock
Dows anyone know of a reputableble marine yard that may haven a Boat for Parts?
I just can’t understand how can a global company not have a vital part used in a wide array of Boat lines
