    ...boat is in the water the bilge pump should be on. If there is that much water draining after pulling it out of the water either the pump is not on, it's plugged up with debris or not working at all. Make sure you look into what's going on with the pump as well as your water infiltration issue.

    A couple of other thoughts: - did he buy this new? - did the engines ever get water in them? I can only think of two things that might cause this - water infiltration or a blown head gasket. But in both cases, they would not run well
