    my leak was the drain plug. took the one out of the ski locker to see if that was it, and it fixed the issue. my bilge would turn on every 10 min or so. mine is the plastic plug, not sure about the 24'

    that is not normal for the screws to stick up. might want to check if they are cross threaded. they should be able to hand tighten then screw down all the way. looks like too that you are missing the rubber washer one of the screws

    @Bruce i did have to extend the bracket that the slam latches closes on on the anchor locker... i might have to do the same on the clean out plug hatch . i used a piece of a pvc cutting board to extend it out. i am sure it is possible to get a longer bracket, but my extension worked. let me...

    Bimini Stainless Steel Safety Pull Pins

    I did this mod by myself with some long socket extensions. I did not have to climb underneath. This however is not the most convenient way, but since we have a newborn my help has her hands full. I love these Bimini mounts. An excellent mod.

    @David Decker to address #2 for you. what i did is go underneath the helm and put some tape over the annoying noisemaker. You can put as much or as little tape over it to make it to your liking.
