    Removing power window motor

I looked around and found the below video about removing the motor. It is for a F150 but it is probably the same. There are three parts and I think you want part 2. This may help as well. Ford F250 Replace Power Window Motor How to Good luck

Dry bottom at dock-will it damage hull

I had a keel guard on mine for protection from debris and beaching. I would think in that kind of sand it would not hurt the boat. I have had boats stuck on sand bars and have been able to push it off or wait for the tide with no problems. Just don't start too soon and suck up all that sand.

Can I safely leave my AR240 in the water all season? (fresh water lake)

I kept mine in the water but hated what happened to the hull. I did a very good cleaning twice a year and that kept it real clean. I also wiped her down when we were in "our cove" so that helped. I finally got a lift so a quick cleaning is all that was needed and i still got to take her out...

    Gelcoat repair

You can easily fix the gel coat especially since you will be covering it with the decal. I have had bigger scratches on the bottom from hitting items in the water that you can see. One of the best things i did was put a keel guard to prevent further damage, and thus repair.

Aargh... Milkshake Engine Oil... WTF? (Port Engine, 2016 AR240, ~300 hrs)

As mentioned above let stay on track for the tread. Whenever anyone posts crap I just ignore it. Just like with email when people are not face to face they are big and bad. This forum is very good so lets just stick to what everyone comes here for information and fun, don't take comments and...

    Placement on Boat Lift Question

I replicated the set up of the bunks from the trailer. I don't recall the dimensions.

@help hard starting and low rpm 1.8 L motor

I don't think I have see the coil break like that. The symptoms were spark plugs so that was correct. I am glad it worked out for you and you had a great day with family.

Boat creeping at 1 mph while in neutral

This is from a 2010 but it will give you a good idea as to what it should look like.

Boat creeping at 1 mph while in neutral

The boats will move a little depending on how you adjust the buckets but it should not be a more forceful motion in neutral. The goal is to have the buckets fully out of the way when going forward and to have a balance between forward and reverse for neutral. I think this adjustment may be in...

Mysterious broken spark plugs + Bad compression test (With Pics)

Glad to hear all is well. There have been several reports of bad spark plugs. Now that you know the engines are good you may want to verify you have the right ECU. Since she is running good and normal I am thinking probably they spark plugs were defective or not installed correctly. You...

Hit a Rock - Big gouge in the hull

I think the advice above is good. If this a vacation just put something over it to keep it dry. You will want to repair this correctly and it is something you can do. I can't tell exactly where this is but I had a keel guard as well to protect the boat a little more.

Mysterious broken spark plugs + Bad compression test (With Pics)

I am no expert but I have some thoughts. First your compression check is probably meaningless since you could hear leaks and the compression is so low. The #3 that had higher compression is the one that you said had water. The liquid may have helped so seal it more resulting in a better...

    New member from Kennesaw, GA

I bought mine from Park Marine as well. You will find they will do an excellent job taking care of you! We stayed up towards the top end of the lake where it is a little smoother and quieter. I didn't have to do to much to the boat. I adding steering assist and then put shelves etc in the...
