    Tubing off the tower

There are lots of posts about this. I pulled tubes, and two tubes at the same time, from the tower. No problems and much better lift and control. I added some length to the ropes to get them away from the spray.

    Month 1 Ownership Debacles

The key is a title vs the certificate. In Fl you have to title the trailer if it is over 2000 lbs. If the title or certificate from another state has the weight on it you are good to go. If it doesn't you have to get the weight of the trailer and I think, not 100% sure, it has to be certified...

    Month 1 Ownership Debacles

I think in FL if you have a trailer over 2000lbs it has to have a title. If the certificate you have doesn't have the weight you have to get the trailer weight to show it is not over 2000lbs. I am sure you could call and they would know the weight. The challenge may be that FL will require...

    Trailering damage?

It looks like you may have hit something in the water.

    Fun with the Game Warden.......

My thoughts are although they look cool they don't contrast enough. Why take a chance to be stopped for something like this since that always opens up other opportunities to find something else. When it comes to things like this I always take the safe route to avoid any future problems I can.

    Struck Submerged log

Interesting stuff. I have hit things even big logs floating but not with major damage.

    Struck Submerged log

I have seen large tree trucks/branches just under the top of the water. If you hit them on the end it would guess it would be like this. Glad nobody was hurt including the earlier wakeboarder.

Bow is lower in the water than usual

I don't recall exactly but I think I went from engine compartment up to the Ski Locker. Sorry that was years ago.

Bow is lower in the water than usual

I had a problem where it was clogged coming out of the ski locker. Water was in the ski locked and would not drain out. I ran a clothes hanger up the hole and it cleared it out. I never had another problem with it. I guess I am just saying even with the drains open it may not be draining properly.

Sometimes the drain plugs get clogged as well. You may want to make sure they are open.

How far south to be able to do watersports in early October?

I am older so I like warm water. We had a lake house in north Ga and typically by early Oct. the water has cooled a lot. I think you can do water sports but you probably won't just float in the water. Even the kids weren't very enthused about the water then. Again I like warmer water.

    Anyone Know What This is?

Since the tank is old likely full of holes anyway I was thinking of just remove the values and be done with it. Having it pulled out will be expensive.

Another reason we ALL should wear our safety lanyards

Clearly she had to leave the driver's area to get to a place she could fall out.

    Anyone Know What This is?

It was not disclosed. I was thinking I would open the value and see if there is any gas coming out. Then I can figure out next steps.

    Anyone Know What This is?

That sure looks like it! There is a natural gas line now. I guess I can either dig it up or bury it. Thanks!

    Anyone Know What This is?

Yes that is what I thought as well but was confused when I saw the gauge that stated "Liquid Temperature"? It seems so odd! Thanks!

    Anyone Know What This is?

We just bought this old house (early 1920s) and in the back yard I run across this. Any ideas what this may be for? Looks like it has several values but is clearly not used. It has a metal cover as well. Any thoughts would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

    Army corp sucks

On the Allatoona Lake the corp would go around and cut the rope swings down. Maybe they decided this was a better solution since they had do this all the time! We never put them up but we sure used them. Just like the old days HA! I wish the would concentrate on maintaining the water level...
