    I know this thread is about the 150 engines. I have the twin 200's and have seen 55+ with a fresh wax, fresh tank 0f 93, and only myself in the boat. Edit: Minimal issues and nothing engine related.

    Just received an email from Scarab saying there is "something new coming to the water". Kind of weird to send this email after they already released the 2018's. Wonder what it is? Scarab also is stating that they upped their bumper to bumper from 1 year to 3 years...

    Over 4th of July weekend we trailered from Lake Geneva here all the way to Traverse City MI. We never got out onto Lake Michigan as we stayed in the two bays. I can tell you this though, Lake Geneva gets pretty large swells, sometimes 2-3'. You are more than welcome to come on up for a ride!

    Yeah, I can only think that the twin 200''s would be even closer to the Yamaha. Would this small difference in fuel consumption be a deal breaker for you guys?

    The supercharged motors are not really that bad at all. I have the twin 200hp version. If you take a look at boattest.com, I think you'll find them to be pretty even.

    I wouldn't call it any of those things since I haven't stepped foot on it. But a "swing and a miss", come on. The one thing I could do is give first hand experience about owning and driving a 25' Scarab.
