    SOLVED! Silicone ring came out during cleaning. Any ideas

    Looking for some guidance. I’ve got a 2012 Yamaha 242 s limited. We were cleaning out of the engine with a hose and nozzle and two silicone rings came out of the black mesh ports near the impellers. Don’t know where they came from or even where to start looking. For the record: we are...

    Pressure relief Zurk fittings

    I am new to this board and just bought a 2018 Yamaha AR195 and was reading about issues with over greasing intermediate bearing. I was wondering if any one has tried pressure relieving Zurk fittings and if so what pressure would be adequate to prevent seal blowout? Thanks in advance.

    Blew out intermediate seal

    I have read the warnings, and still put too much greace in and blew grease out the seal. How screwed am I? I will have the boat in the water for a week straight. Now how screwed am I? Will it leak. Can I limp by for a week?
