Once again ditto, except I can see the stainless scupper. Looks nice, eventually I will get around do doing mine. Your pic of the glove box spring has gotten me motivated to do this mod. What was the length of that spring? I thought about putting a hydraulic on my anchor locker and using the anchor locker spring for the glove box. I have the throttle sync and perfect pass and really like them too.

@jetboater4life Derick, this is what I used: http://www.westmarine.com/west-marine--hatch-arms--P004914834 the 10" one worked perfect and was simple to mount. Took a few minutes to determine where to mount especially the top ones because if they were in the wrong spot it would look horrible. Super cheap but definitely a great add!

If you ever want to lock that compartment, order up one of these as I did. It takes about 5 minutes to install. Quoting another member though "Locks only keep the honest people honest". I needed to replace my latch because it was sticking so I figured why not add the lock.

That's not a bad idea, inexpensive for a little security!
