Does anyone have a good way to carry extra fuel on Board? Our lake is over 100 miles one way to get to another gas dock and we end up around mile marker 70-80 sometimes and in our other boats we just get fuel at the other end to get back. The problem is with the 165 we can only make it 60-80 miles

I've seen someone, somewhere, build an aluminum frame to carry cans on the swim deck at the back. Not sure how they did it though... and obviously not the prettiest solution.

Another idea is to carry 10L cans inside the ski locker. You could probably put about 3 of those in there. They fit. BUT this is at your own risks. Make sure they are very well sealed and that fumes can't leak. Fumes can travel into the engine compartment through the drain hole in there and increase your risk of an explosion. The blower becomes even more important.
