175 superjet carb rebuild

I have a 2000 sugar sand tango jet boat with the 175hp superjet 2 stroke motor. I bought a carb rebuild kit for it and going to attempt it myself. Does anyone know of a tutorial, I do know the basics. I was wondering what level to set the float at or any other tips when rebuilding this carb. All help is appreciated trying to get back on the water this weekend for the last few weeks of summer!
