My 2000 LS2000 is over due for a reupholsterey job. The upholstery shops I have contacted are concerned about the rounded back rests. Can anyone in the Michigan area recommend a upholstery shop? What is a reasonable amount to pay.

Ask the folks to make the back more like the LS210. That’s my plan. I would prefer it too. So win win.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will ask the upholster if that could lower the quote. The current quote is $2,200.00.

$2200 is reasonable, I had quotes up over $6500 when I did mine. With the right material it shouldn't be an issue re-upholstering. My vendor seamed the back rest, picture attached for review. When he did the front seats he seamed the bottom cushion as one, not 2 separate cushions. This will help keep the dirt and debri from collecting in the seam. The bblue and white is stitched together, there is not a void as the origanal cushion is made. Good luck

Thanks for the reply. From your pictures it appears I picked the same color scheme.
My boat is scheduled for mid March. I’ll post pictures when I get it back.
