2005 sx230 Yamaha one engine not firing

I recently purchased an sx230 knowing that one engine won’t crank over at all. I’m sure then batteries are dead. When I bought it the seller had it hooked up to his truck for power. The first engine turns on a runs great. The engine that won’t start makes a click when your turn the key over and then nothing. I think the click is the solenoid so I think that’s working. Maybe starter or needs a stronger battery? Anyone has experience with this?

Replace the solenoid, they will click but the contacts inside are corroded
