Hi there,

Took my new to me 2007 AR210 out today to get used to it a little better when it was slow at the local lake. Found out a few things that I had questions about.

1. Reverse... seems I can reverse great in one direction and terrible in another. If I am in no-wake mode and put the boat in reverse and turn the wheel all the way to the left it pulls the back to the left really well. If I turn all the way to the right it doesnt really do much turning.. it pulls back just fine but doesnt pull me to the right very well. We looked down under and it seems everything is turning free and what not. Can't figure it out.

2. Reverse part 2. The throttle don't sync well in reverse. For both to be at the same RPM I have to have one throttle cocked differently than the other. In forwards it works perfect at same position.

3. Reverse part 3. If in reverse I give it a bit of throttle it will start pulling back.. and then out of no where the RPM's will shoot up almost like its slipping.

4. Thrust vectors. It has thrust vectors installed. When I give it throttle and am getting up on plane its SUPER hard to turn the steering wheel. Like almost impossible. Once at plane its easy again. Slow speed its easy. Its just while getting up on plane that it becomes VERY difficult to steer. Normal?

5. The cooling ports on the side... at idle nothing comes out.. at no wake nothing comes out.. anything above no wake and water start to flow... normal?

Other than that it ran like a champ!

Any tips would be awesome. Thank you!

For reverse turning, do you have your weight distributed evenly on each side of the boat?
Nothing big if the throttles don't sync while in reverse.
The RPM's will shoot up in reverse if there is a lot of throttle, totally normal. Nothing is slipping, it's direct drive.
Do your thrust vectors move free? Flip up easily?
The cooling ports are doing their normal routine. More RPM=more water pressure.

Yes. Yesterday it was just me and a buddy sitting across from eachother. It's strange.. if I crank the wheel to the left, no-wake mode on and put the throttles into reverse it will pull really nicely to the left. If I then go to idle, turn the wheel to the right, throttle back into reverse it will pull backward but continue pulling left. Give it a blip of throttle.. nope keeps going back and to the left.. I dont get it.. weird. Buddy looked at the rear and the jets are facing right.
