2007 SR230 - Need Guidance on Possible Purchase

If the boat exists, and there is a local address and title, it may be the one. When I got mine there was a lien on it, and I had traveled 600 miles to see it, so we were both warry of scams, and dealing long distance for a while, but after having meet. (Still...) Turns out, there were honest people in Craigslist after all.
 
Looks like it's a scam. Buddy couldn't live meeting set up with the seller. His search continues...
