My port engine spark plugs look like this after only 20-25 hours of use. The ECU has been replace with an used one, but I'm still seeing the same issues, anyone have suggestions on how to fix this problem? I even switched the ECU out with the starboard engine and still same problem.

I would recommend checking the fuel injectors.

check the fuel injectors for what?
Sticking injector - the plug indicates it's running a bit too rich. Are all your plugs too dark, or just one? If just one, a sticky injector is pumping too much fuel into the port.

Possibly a bad stick coil(s). Move the stick coil(s) to the other motor and see if it follows it.
