I just bought a sea doo 2008 challenger I put it in the water and ran the boat slowly up to around 15mph when I began to give it more throttle it started to rev out and rpms went to around 5000rpms but no additional thrust I'm looking for any answers that could help with this situation

Pumps clear of obstructions? That would be my first educated guess but I’m not too familiar with the sea-doos!

Usually obstructions cause vibrations. But I agree the problem is most likely in the pump. You need to inspect your impeller and ring, especially for clearance. Ideally, take nice clear photos with a flashlight to show us the edges of the impeller.

OK ty I'll take pics today. I'm going to pull out back out of the water and I'll let you know. Thank you
