2009 AR210 Engine replacement

I have a 2009 AR210 that the engine flooded, and it is an JF110EN, I can purchase a JF110DN . I assume same engine but a 2008? can anyone confirm?

Looks like same crankcase according to YamahaSportsPlaza.
 
Can't salvage the old one?
 
A mechanic took it apart, then decided he didn't want to work on it any more, whole engine is dismantled. Scupper valve failed and an engine didn't start and flooded it, getting barely back to dock. Thanks for the info, I'll post a picture of hopefully replacement engine to compare.
