I don't have a Scarab, but for my Yamaha I got the part number out of my owners manual and got a similar filter at Auto Zone.
 
Oil: XPS Synthetic blend oil

Qty: 3L / 3.2 qt. (Oil change with filter)

Filter: no infos in owner manual
 
@Bigev hopefully this helps. Since there is no way to advance the throttle on the controll box like the manual says you have to get someone to help. Find the tas module, it located under the helmet on scarabs lift the starboard side bow seat back and remove the vinyl curtain that hides the back of the gauges. Directly at the bottom of this opening you will see several bolts the tas is on the inside of the cutout. Have someone carefully hold the slide that the cable is attached to and then crank the engine. You will still need a way to reset the maintenance counter. Good luck.
