I agree with the above go deck boat instead of pontoon if you feel the need.

We are out with 10/12 people. We picked up a couple waverunners and Going with a 250hp pontoon. Seems like the right thing

people automatically think "grand-pa" pontoon but some of these new ones are very fast and handles like a V hull.
only downside for me is no protection from the wind (no windshield) th0ugh you can spend $100k and get one lol
