Mud dubbers like to burrow in there. Try a weed wacker line, or access it from the inside, not too bad.
Is water flowing out of the pump, is it cooling on the STRBD side?

I pulled the line of the motor side and turned the water on and I got water, I can blow through the line so no obstructions, could it be a water pressure issue? I got water coming out everywhere else but the pisser.

For me to have good flow out of the pissers I needed 65-70 psi at the spigot from my house.

Are you running both engines off the hose or one at a time?

One at a Time, at best I have 60 PSI, plus only hose I had available is one of those flex hoses that expands under pressure... why I think it may have been a pressure issue, but the port engine was pissing water when I flushed it.
