2015 AR240 Stereo Communication Error

I have an stereo communication error/Audio off. I checked all connections. Disconnected remote controller connections. There is no power going to the Polk amplifier unit. I read pretty much every single thread here and in other sites and Have done all suggestions. I ran out of suggestions. Any thoughts?
