2015 AR240 - YDIS diag cap removal

I have the YDS plug adaptor and laptop/software trying to pull codes from my port engine. I found the plugs to plug into behind the helm.

I cannot for the life of me get the damn diag cap off the plug. What am I missing? Any insight/tips?

Well, I got it off but seems I need YDS pro and not the 1.33 version.

Anyone have links where to get YDS pro?

Once I have it, is the connection to the diag port still the same process or do I need new cables too.

Don’t have the specifics to all of your questions, but believe the Candoo Pro will be much easier to acquire than the professional YDS. Per a prior conversation I had via email the Candoo Pro comes will all the wires you need to read the ecu.

Yes you need YDS pro, candoo or OBDStar or similar. I have YDS pro but the company i got it from doesn't offer it anymore. I also have obdstar and use it more.
All are pricey
