2015 Yamaha SX192 - gel coat?

I have noticed on the swim platform and a couple other areas black marks. Is that just rub marks in my gel coat and all this boat needs it a good buffing /waxing?

Shouldn’t need a buff if it’s just light transfer marks from docks, peoples shoes, gear, etc. Most of those will come out with good ole elbow grease and carnuba based wax.

Anyone wearing shoes on the boat? That’s a sure way to get random marks.

If they’re not non-marking soles there is your issue. Solution would be no shoes on boat lol.
