Installed the kit, got to take advantage of this crazy weather. Looking great.
I may be missing two little pieces though, 5XA and 5Xb (for those little transom side steps):

Other than that, it is pretty awesome. I love those stern mats, not so much for the looks as the functionality. It feels so much more sure-footed hopping around the gunnels there.
Started installing my kit yesterday, and have a few questions. Should pieces 5 & 6, 14&13, etc be touching? Or should there be a small gap between the two? When installing 5&6 I left a small gap so the ends would cover up the screw holes. Same thing on 14&13. Now I think I may have F'ed up in doing so.
Another question...how do you remove the seats to install the seadek that has the hole for the seat base? I'm stopping for the night. Already removed all the snaps and filled with 3m 5200. Got a few pads down also!View attachment 47122
Looks good @MattFX4. I do have pics but can't find them. I tried to keep the gaps as consistent as possible but do have a slight off centered seat base placement. Still very pleased with the final results. Really like the dark seadek color for the limited!
