Those have some new intro footage, but are the same "Vortex Challenge" videos they've had on their web site a good while. There are several others too, all pointing to alleged advantages of the Vortex. I guess it worked f0r me, I have one on order, lol.

Without starting a battle, I would like to say that I believe the demonstration is accuarate. However, the reason they listed is wrong and they know it. Yamaha made the decision to better their low speed steering response and crawling when crossing over other boats wake. Therefore they added an articulating keel which has the side affect of preventing the boat from turning as the former models did. The boat still has a better turning radius than a stern but cannot turn as tight as it did before the 2015 models.
