@falco I am sure used since he registered it and is not a dealer but @JetBoatPilot can confirm

@falco it was registered and we'd have to sell it as used. We did not pay taxes on the unit when we bought it but you'd likely have to pay taxes when you register it. We technically are a boat dealer but can't sell it as new since the warranty was already registered to us.
