Not sure if it's a physical issue or wiring issue.
It will read on connext sometimes but mostly says 0.0
No obstruction where hole is to read temp and depth

Ever figure out what the problem was? Having the same issue on my 212SD. Thanks

I have not. If I do I will post findings on here ASAP. Good luck to ya and lemme know if you find a fix

I would check for loose or corroded wiring. Physically something like turbulence over the sounder will do that, but unless you have major growth on the bottom of your boat or something, that is pretty unlikely.

Or your sounder is bad... Check the wiring first.

I have the same problem with my 2016 212X with Connext. I know my lake and it's not been an issue until recently. I have a service manual and about to go to the wiring recommendations. I'll keep you posted if I figure anything out.

I am having the same issue with my 2017. This season it is flashing more than not on the Connext screen. Usually it "works" enough to know the depth in general but last time I put it in the water, it wasn't even noticing that it was in shallow water and beeping when I got back from parking my truck and trailer.

Any ideas where to look for the wiring?

Going to re pop this cause I'm getting blinking lines as well. Anyone?

Shot in the dark here but I have a The transducer from a 2017 240 for sale if anyone is interested. I hope the issue is with the wiring forst, the transducer next and connect screen last.
