2018 242 LS E-Series Bimini mounting bolt

See photo. The aluminum weld on the other side of the bimini broke so I need to remove the bimini from the tower. I was able to remove the other side after loosening the set screw, but the tool broke off inside on this side. I tried to drill out the rest of the tool. After that failed, I went to the Dremel to create a hole for a screwdriver. The bolt will not budge. Anyone have any tips to get this thing out without further damaging the surrounding aluminum?
