I need help connecting my batteries correctly. Appears that house battery has no negative lead attached other than trickle charger. When I connect the negative lead in the picture, house battery operated correctly. Two questions:
1. Should I wire together the negative terminals of starter and house batteries?
2. I see several ground wires connected to starter battery. Does it matter which ground wire is connected to which battery?
