Hey everyone! I work at a boat shop, and I've about run out of ideas on this VRX. Before winter hit, everything worked perfectly on the boat, and after we brought it out for the summer, the GPS and Stereo are not communicating/getting any signal. One evening after the boat sat with the battery switch on for about an hour, the radio suddenly turned on and the GPS regained signal. It worked great for a couple weeks, and now it has gone back to not working at all. If I press any of the stereo controls on the steering wheel, nothing shows up on the screen, and if I try to control it from the screen, it acts as though it's unresponsive. I have checked all the connections, fuses, voltage to and from the head unit to the controller, and everything checks out to be good. I also just updated the software to the latest version and had no luck afterwards. If anyone has had this issue and could point me in the right direction for anything else to try instead of dropping $4k on a new system, I would greatly appreciate your input! Thank you!
