Starting the planning for a 2019 gut busters challenge. Anybody interested in joining should join the user group called Weight Loss. The weekly discussions are in a group that you have to join, rather than having those more personal details out in the open for the Google robot to index. :)

Go up to the top of the screen, click on your username, then click on Join User Groups.
