2021 195S budget audio upgrade

Hey guys, i am simply trying to add an amplifier to my stock wetsound speakers and add a subwoofer. Any budget friendly combos you recommend? just looking for a little more volume in the speakers with some bass. Thank you!!

JL Audio XD700/5v2: 5 Ch. Class D System Amplifier 700 W
new you can have for $450 will move all your speaker and you can add 2 sube or kick ass with one. its car audio no marine i dont ever use marine audio. i bought and extra one you can have it for $450 or i Have a new JL 800/8 that you can have for $600 they are relatively $700 and 900 amp. It will be quality audio ask anyone that knows or you can go the really cheap route and get lower end amp and roll the dice.

@Tonyh119 I don't recommend Skar audio - they use paper cone drivers in their low-end speakers, even in the marine line:

"Microfiber Paper Mid-Woofer Cone"

And you don't want A/B class amps on a boat, go for D class for the power savings. Marine rated is also recommended for conformal coatings to protect the circuit boards from humidity and salt. I also do not recommend Boss or Pyle or other low end names for the same reasons. I recommend spending a few bucks more and check out Alpine/JBL/Kicker/Rockford or similar for decent quality and performance.

You don't have spend a lot to get good sound, but you do have to be careful what you buy as there's a lot of cheap Chinese junk being marketed as "premium" and they're just stealing your money.

they do recommend the coating agree 100%, but not necessary been using car audio for years never an issue, specially if you live inland, the coating doesnt make it waterproof its just a coating. i boat in FL water never an issue with my amps. but yes you can buy marine coated amp and pay and extra $100

I went wetsounds refurbished from creative audio. Was a great deal and the stuff was perfect. Its a great option. I made a thread about what I did. I highly recommend adding speakers to the cabin.
