Ditto. Be glad you have those little gems, my 190 was not outfitted with those tubes and the holds kept getting wet for no apparent reason till I figured it out. Retro-fitting the cup holders with hoses that properly drained to the bilge was one of my ultimate "hated" DIY projects...
I disconnected that hose as I don't want water in the carpets behind the walls. Instead I put a dab of black silicone in the bottom of each bow and cockpit cupholder...no more drips into the walls. If they ever fill with water, I have a bigger issue than wet carpets and need to make sure everyone gets on a lifejacket.
The swim platform cupholders have built-in overboard drains just below them so they're fine.
