Will a steering wheel with the knob fit on a 190?
 
Not sure but you can add a knob pretty easy if that's what you're looking to do. Its a great addition. Makes steering at slow speed alot better.

Yes. I drilled and installed one on my 190
 
The Dewalt pilot points work great, just use a little lube also. Any oil or spray you have will work fine. Drill slow not on hi.
