24' bimini on 21' boat

I searched this incredible site, and couldn't find the answer. I've found the bimini top on my 17' 212 Limited S seems a little short, and wondered if I could swap the top out for one from a 242, or even the entire tower and top? Anyone do this or have any ideas?

been asked a few times. Seems like the answer is no unless you are ready to drop some serious money.

I want to say there is a member in here with a blue 21' boat that used the tower from a 242X. Want to say his tower was green and the boat blue or maybe I have that backwards lol. Tried to search for it but couldn't find it.
