242 Limited length?

I hope someone can give me the actual answer to this question:

The Yamaha 242 length is listed as 24 feet. EXACTLY where are these measurements taken from?

I am assuming the length is measured from Bow Tip to drain plus (minus the swim platform length).

Can someone please verify this?

I believe the swim platform is included in the length on the Yamaha boats

It's the whole boat. Bow to stern. Includes platform since it is integrated.
