242 x 2016 swimdeck speakers not working

Picked boat up with 16 hrs so don't know if swim deck speakers ever worked. Checked settings, they are wires going to them, all cables in amps that I see. Any ideas? warranty but dealer 7 hrs away
 
You may have done this. ..but on the media page select menu and then the page that allows youto adjust the balance. Make sure that your rear speakers are selected.
