255XD Wake Ballast % Set Up.

Any suggestions on the best wake ballast % to get the best rideable wave possible w/ 5 people on board?

Don’t think many people have one yet but on the 242 we fill the surf side and about 80% in the center then adjust people and speed. About 10.5 makes a steeper wave but short. For my daughter who likes a longer wave I set the speed to 10.8.
Make sure you let us know how it goes and get some video. There doesn’t seem to be any real world videos yet.

I've gone put 5 times now on my 255xd but haven't found quite the true wave im craving. Hovering around 10.8 & 11.2. Seemed to be better at 100 on surf side & 90 in center 0 on off side.
I appreciate your feedback.
Loving the thrill w/ the 500 has & unbelievable maneuverability when docking.

Not really, there is a big difference from the lower level to the upper level on the 25 ft boats. I think the bag is sitting at around 810ish pounds, maybe more if you swell the bag.
