So I may have been behind the wheel of a 275 SE today!! I am down in the Lake of the Ozarks on a vacation with the family.. I had told myself when the boat first came out that I didn’t like the look of it, now it has really grown on me! We are working on numbers, we will see what happens...

When did you get to lake of the ozark? We saw a white truck pulling a boat identicle to yours going the opposite direction last Saturday or sunday. My boys ever said, that looks like @Nickp98 truck and boat. Becky said that's not them. They live up north.

Had the chance to go through a 275 when I was in OH last week. It is a nice boat but still needs refinement. The dealer made it sound like Yamaha pushed these out a bit quickly and missed a few marks in haste. None the less, there are some really nice boats with more features in that price range.

I mean... the brochure/booklet Yamaha mailed me looked nice and fancy though!

Just remember, my friend, that thing can not be trailered without a permit.

And make sure to test drive and compare fuel consumption between a 242 and a 275. There's an online video review showing it needs around twice as much fuel just to cruise around.

Only you know your situation and what you can tolerate. I say it’s ok to splurge a bit as long as you know what you’re doing and are being “mostly” responsible.

Sure... the grown up answer might be to go home and forget you saw it. But, where’s the fun in that. Lol!

Wow this is a brutal group!!! I feel pressured by my peers!!! @buckbuck the towing and the lack of a tow point on the tower are the big sticking points. They called a Yamaha engineer today and were told they are working on a tow point for the tower.

@jcyamahariders wife Im not sure I will have a new boat tomorrow but you are certainly welcome to come see us. We will be out all day tomorrow and maybe on Saturday, depending on how busy it is....
