Hi all, first time poster, just bought a 72 Kona Jet boat and it has a 350 Oldsmobile rocket in it. Just curious if anyone has any experience with this motor, im trying to ID what year the motor is and would just like some general info on it. It needs some work so im just trying to gather some knowledge before i tear into it and start ordering goodies thank you !

Hello and welcome!

My '77 Cutlass Supreme had an Olds 350 in it. Did a lot of work on that puppy (was my first car). Not sure about the Rocket part (is that a different engine, or just what they called the one attached to the jet pump). Any clue as to whether the Olds is the stock engine, or was it added later?
