60/40 jet impeller for 2 stroke

I have a 1986 mercury that is a 60/40 jet. My impeller is in need of being replaced and I read the old 3 blade stainless will add performance but the new design is cut for better 4 stroke rpm. I was just wondering if anyone knew if the old style was still getting produced? Jet doctor has 855708T60 and says 3 cyl. Is this the old style. It alot higher price from them so just thought it bight be the better one? And input would be appreciated thanks
