The volume on my 2018 AR210 OEM head unit is an up/down toggle that you have to press or hold down forever to adjust the volume. Has anyone added an aftermarket volume contol (remote) to the OEM head unit? Any ideas? I am thinking I could add a rotary dial somewhere between the factory head unity speaker output wires and then install the rotary in the dash next to the radio.

Relatively easy. I installed 3 on my old SX210 (one for cabin speakers, one for rear deck speakers, and one for sub). I used a generic bass knob like thi:


I removed the casing just mounted them so you only saw the knob stick out.
