I must have really sucked something up, the bottom is all clear - any advice where to look next?

it was for sure eelgrass / weeds in my haror, not a rope for sure

thanks! I'll keep that printed in my stereo box! I got a wood chip out with a home made tool, boat lift up as high as possible and my skiff!!
