After a big service not working

Had this work done 2 months ago. Haven't used boat since. Went to take it out today and doesn't start.
Dashboard lights up but not another sound, doesn't even crank.
Checked obvious, battery, relays and Deadman switch, nothing.
Any ideas would be appreciated

I see they replaced a starter. Did you check the wiring to it?
